Andrew Gautier-Winther joined the Lime Rock Partners team in 2012 and is now a Director in the firm’s Houston office. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Andrew was an analyst in the Houston based Oil & Gas Group of Lazard Frères where he worked on M&A and restructuring transactions. He is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (B.S.).

Since joining the Lime Rock Partners team, Andrew has played a critical role in investigating and executing oilfield service and E&P investment opportunities in North America and internationally. He currently serves on the board of directors of Basin Properties, Prairie Energy, San Jacinto Minerals, and Wayfinder Resources and previously served on the board of directors of Airis, Silixa, and TGT Oilfield Services. Andrew has been particularly involved in Lime Rock Partners’ investments in Cor4 Oil, Endurance Resources, Iracore International, Laricina Energy, PanGeo Subsea, PDC Mountaineer, Prime Rock Resources, Vantage Energy, VEDCO Holdings, and VES International.
