Founded in 2012, Airis is a third party provider of silica dust control solutions to operators and pressure pumpers in the United States during completion operations. The Company provides these services through operation of a fleet of high-efficiency particulate air (“HEPA”) vacuum units. Airis is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and operates primarily in the Mid-Continent, Northeast, Rockies, and Texas regions. Lime Rock exited the investment in Airis in June 2021.
