Parker Smith joined the Lime Rock Partners team in 2024 as an Associate in the firm’s Houston office. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Parker served as an Analyst for TPH&Co., the energy business of Perella Weinberg Partners, working on M&A and restructuring transactions. He is a graduate of the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University (B.S.B.A).

Since joining the Lime Rock Partners team, Parker has played a critical role in investigating and executing E&P and oilfield service investment opportunities in North America and internationally. He has been particularly involved in Lime Rock Partners’ investments in Arena Energy, OilSERV, Rod and Tubing Services, and San Jacinto Minerals.
