Mark Kilday joined the Lime Rock Partners team in 2021 and is now a Vice President in the firm’s Houston office. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Mark served as an Analyst for Wells Fargo Securities in its Energy & Power Investment Banking Group, working on M&A and capital markets transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business (B.B.A.).

Since joining the Lime Rock Partners team, Mark has played a critical role in investigating and executing E&P and oilfield service investment opportunities in North America and internationally. He has been particularly involved in Lime Rock Partners’ investments in A&B Valve, Basin Properties, CrownRock, CrownRock Minerals, CrownRock Non-Op, Liquila Ventures, Reveal Energy Services, Rod and Tubing Services, SDI Gas, Silvertip Completion Services, and Wayfinder Resources.
