Mark Kilday joined the Lime Rock Partners team in 2021 as an Associate in the firm’s Houston office. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Mark served as an Analyst for Wells Fargo Securities in its Energy & Power Investment Banking Group, working on M&A and capital markets transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business (B.B.A.).

Since joining the Lime Rock Partners team, Mark has played a critical role in investigating and executing E&P and oilfield service investment opportunities in North America and internationally. He has been particularly involved in Lime Rock Partners’ investments in A&B Valve, Basin Properties, CrownRock, CrownRock Minerals, Liquila Ventures, Reveal Energy Services, SDI Gas, and Silvertip Completion Services.
