San Jacinto Announces Divestiture of Denver-Julesburg Assets
4/4/2024Denver — April 4, 2024 — San Jacinto Minerals, a royalty interest acquisition vehicle, today announces that it has closed on the sale of a large position in the Denver-Julesburg Basin in Colorado.
Founded in 2015 by Nick Reiland and Jeff Scott, San Jacinto is focused on the Appalachian Basin and Denver-Julesburg Basin while also opportunistically acquiring mineral and non-op interests in other shale basins. As of year-end 2023, San Jacinto had closed on over $700 million of acquisitions in nearly 1,200 transactions. It has also successfully completed two material asset sales.
The San Jacinto entities continue to hold significant royalty interests in the Denver-Julesburg Basin as well as other areas in the United States.
