Founded in 1947, Southwest Oilfield Products is an oil and gas equipment manufacturer providing innovative well service systems and mud pumping solutions to exploration and production companies worldwide.  Lime Rock Partners invested in SWOP through Global Energy Services, which ultimately consisted of SWOP and Independence Contract Drilling, a publicly traded U.S. onshore drilling contractor spun out from GES.  A private oilfield service company acquired SWOP in 2015.  Lime Rock Partners remains an investor in Independence Contract Drilling.
