Formed in 2005, Bridge Energy was an exploration and production company with activities in Norway and the U.K. It had a balanced portfolio of producing fields, discoveries, and exploration acreage in both the Norwegian and U.K. sector of the North Sea. Bridge Energy, which was publicly listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, resulted from the 2010 combination of Silverstone Energy Ltd. and Bridge Energy AS. Lime Rock Partners was the initial investor in both Bridge and Silverstone. Spike Exploration acquired Bridge in 2013.
