Lime Rock Partners Announces Joint Venture with CrownQuest Operating
10/31/2025Houston — October 31, 2025 — Lime Rock Partners, private equity investors in upstream oil and gas companies, today announces the closing of an equity commitment to CrownRock Non-Op, L.P., a joint venture between Lime Rock and CrownQuest Operating to lease and acquire non-operated oil and gas assets in the Permian Basin, among other opportunities. CrownRock Non-Op is the sixth partnership between Lime Rock and CrownQuest Operating.
