Patrick Lauria joined the Lime Rock team in 2006 in a dual role as Tax Director and Assistant Counsel. As Tax Director, his responsibilities include fund tax structuring and compliance with respect to all Lime Rock entities. In addition to his tax role, Mr. Lauria plays a key role in managing Lime Rock’s contract, regulatory, structure, and other legal needs. Now based in Westport, Connecticut, he brought to Lime Rock over 18 years of experience, including his roles as a tax manager Gruss & Co., Inc. and a member of the hedge fund practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College (B.S.), Long Island University (M.S. in taxation), Touro Law School (J.D.), and Regent University (LL.M. in international taxation).
