Mark McCall has served as Lime Rock’s Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel since the firm’s inception in 1998 and oversees all legal, accounting, tax, and investor reporting functions for Lime Rock. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCall had diverse experience in international business, and finance. He worked as a Vice President at Delus Corporation, a New York investment adviser. He was previously an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers. Before joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. McCall was the Director of Operations for E-II Holdings in Moscow. He is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.A.) and the Yale Law School (J.D.). Based in Westport, Connecticut, Mr. McCall previously served on the board of directors of Noble Rochford Drilling, Deer Creek Energy, SmartSynch, and Nexcom Telecommunications.
