Kris Agarwal joined Lime Rock in December 2008 as Director and Assistant General Counsel. Based in the firm’s Westport office, Mr. Agarwal plays a lead role in Lime Rock’s legal and deal structuring efforts and in managing the firm’s outside counsel relationships. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Mr. Agarwal worked at Vinson & Elkins LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom LLP where he focused on corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border transactions and representation of private equity firms and public companies in connection with public and private acquisitions, divestitures, and investment transactions. Mr. Agarwal also has experience in corporate governance, corporate restructuring, SEC disclosure, and compliance matters. Mr. Agarwal is a graduate of Texas A&M University (B.B.A, MBA) and Southern Methodist University (J.D.).
