SDI Gas is a Pennsylvania-based oilfield service company operating in the Marcellus and Utica Shales through six divisions: MEC and TEK, providing engineering, construction, and repair of natural gas compression stations; HDD, providing directional drilling for pipelines under obstructions; Mid Atlantic Fabrication, providing comprehensive shop fabrication services for gas infrastructure; UES providing electrical and instrumentation services; and Foxfire, providing cementing services. Lime Rock exited the investment in SDI Gas in March 2022.
