PSL Energy Services was a U.K.-based provider of well, pipeline, process, and hydraulic services to oil and gas producers worldwide. It operated in two main business lines: process & pipelines, the pre-commissioning and testing of pipelines and piping systems on and between offshore structures; and well services, provision of coiled tubing, pressure pumping, and hydraulic well intervention services. Halliburton acquired the company in July 2007.
