IPEC was a publicly-traded oil service company headquartered in Calgary. Since its inception in 1997, IPEC successfully implemented a growth strategy based on acquisition, consolidation and integration of complementary oilfield service businesses. In September 2001, Flint Energy acquired IPEC.
