Arena Exploration is a joint venture with Arena Energy, a Houston-based oil and gas producing company and the eighth most active developer in the Gulf of Mexico, to fund oil and gas development projects. The Arena Exploration joint venture allows Arena Energy to manage exposure to Gulf of Mexico projects while maintaining full control of its operations and allows Lime Rock Partners to benefit from Arena Energy’s geological, engineering, and operations expertise.
