Slate River Resources was a Denver-based oil and gas producing company with operations focused on developing unconventional natural gas resources in Colorado and Utah. It merged with Crescendo Resources, another Lime Rock portfolio company operating in the Rocky Mountain region, in 2005. The company sold most of its assets to other oil and gas producing companies in May 2008.
